01Who we are

Gaitkit (gaitkit.com) is run by Ümit, trading as Gaitkit, Konya, Türkiye ("Gaitkit", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@gaitkit.com.

By using Gaitkit you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.

02The service

Gaitkit is a catalogue of low-poly 3D assets written as code ("specimens"). Each specimen has knobs that change its look, and many move: walkers with procedural legs, vehicles with rolling wheels, parts on hinges. We offer:

• the website and the lab, where anyone can browse, tune and preview specimens;
• downloads of specimen modules and exported files (GLB, OBJ and further formats as they ship);
• a CDN, a REST API and an MCP server that AI agents can call;
• the forge, which writes a new specimen from a plain-words description, when it is switched on.

Most of this is free. Paid plans unlock the whole catalogue for download and the extras listed on the pricing page.

03Accounts and keys

You do not need an account to use the free parts. If you create one, give a working email address, keep your sign-in links, API keys and CDN token to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and keys.

You must be at least 16 to create an account, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

04Plans and payments

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and may show the price in your local currency. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Subscriptions (Pro, Studio) renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• The Founder plan is a single payment for Pro access for as long as Gaitkit runs the service, sold for a limited time and in limited numbers.
• If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it for up to 7 days; access stays on during that time and ends if the payment still fails.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does. Founder plans are never re-priced.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

05Using the specimens

What you may do with specimens and their files is set out in the licence, which is part of these terms. In short: use them commercially in your own work, without credit; do not resell them as assets, serve them to your own users without a Platform licence, or use them to train a model that generates 3D assets.

06Fair use of the service

Please do not:

• scrape or bulk-download the catalogue beyond what your plan allows, or get around download, rate or plan limits;
• share your CDN token or API key publicly or with people outside your plan;
• overload, probe or attack the service, or use it to send malware or spam;
• submit descriptions to the forge that ask for known characters, brands or logos, or content that is illegal or hateful. We may refuse or remove such requests and their results.

We may limit, suspend or close access that breaks these rules. Where it is a paid plan and not a serious breach, we will warn you first.

07Requests and forged specimens

When you describe a specimen the catalogue does not have (in the describe box, the lab or through report_need), you let us use that description to decide what to build and to build it. Specimens forged from a description become part of the catalogue, are owned by Gaitkit and are licensed to everyone under the licence. Do not put personal or confidential information in a description.

The forge uses an AI model to write code. Its output is checked by our validator but may still be imperfect; treat a freshly forged specimen as a draft until it has been reviewed.

08Our rights

Gaitkit, its specimens, code, runtime, site and brand belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence to use specimens, these terms do not give you any rights to them. Feedback you send us may be used to improve Gaitkit without any obligation to you.

09Changes and availability

We keep improving Gaitkit, so specimens, knobs and features change. We aim to keep published specimens available and their default look stable, and we version breaking changes, but we do not promise any specimen stays in the catalogue forever. Files you already downloaded keep their licence.

We try to keep the service running all the time but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever shut Gaitkit down, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund the unused part of prepaid subscriptions; Founder holders get a final full download of the catalogue.

10Liability

Gaitkit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, lost business), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid anything.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts in Konya have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protections of its consumer law. Before going to court, please write to us; most things are solved by email.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for paying customers, we email them at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Gaitkit after that means you accept the new terms.
