Lookout Post
A tall timber lookout tower: four splayed legs with cross bracing, a ladder up the front, and on top either a barrel crow's nest (like a ship's masthead) or a railed platform, with an optional little roof, a lantern that glows at night and a plain striped pennant on a pole. Default platform is 7 m up.

Code for the specimen as it is set up above; it follows your knobs.

// 'pennant' pivots on its hinge: -60° to -20° around y
