Ship's Wheel
A spoked ship's helm on a wooden pedestal, wheel facing +Z, with an optional binnacle (compass cabinet with a lamp) beside it. The wheel is a part named wheel that spins about z; userData.tick(d) turns it and bakes a Loop clip. Default wheel is 1.2 m across the handles; the binnacle lamp glows at night.
