Neon Tower
A cyberpunk high-rise generator: 8 to 40 floors (about 27 to 130 m) of dark concrete and smoked glass on a seeded 14 to 20 m footprint, built as one slab, stepped setbacks or cantilevered stacked blocks, wrapped in neon edge strips and hung with up to four abstract video billboards and vertical blade signs, over a lit shop arcade, with a rooftop sign frame, masts and red beacons. At night the neon, the screens and a seeded share of the windows light up.

Use it
Code for the specimen as it is set up above; it follows your knobs.
import { createAsset } from 'https://gaitkit.com/cdn/neon-tower.mjs';
const neonTower = createAsset();
scene.add(neonTower); // rests on y = 0, front faces +Zimport { useMemo } from 'react';
import { createAsset } from 'https://gaitkit.com/cdn/neon-tower.mjs';
export function NeonTower() {
const model = useMemo(() => createAsset(), []);
return <primitive object={model} />;
}# Import neon-tower.glb (download below). It is a static mesh, one material per colour.
add_child(preload("res://neon-tower.glb").instantiate())// Import neon-tower.glb with glTFast (com.unity.cloud.gltfast).
// Drop it in the scene: 1 unit = 1 metre, +Z is its front.Use the gaitkit MCP server: get_variant({ "id": "neon-tower", "want": "default look" })
then place the result.

| Knob | Type | Values | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
floors | range | 8 to 40, step 1 | 18 | Number of storeys, 8 to 40: a 5 m shop arcade plus upper floors of 3.2 m, so 18 floors is about 59 m to the roof and 40 floors about 130 m. The rooftop sign and masts add 8 to 20 m. |
form | choice | slab stepped stacked | stepped | slab (one straight block), stepped (two or three tiers that get narrower as it rises, with neon-lit terraces), stacked (blocks of 4 to 7 floors shifted sideways so they overhang each other, a messy megacity look). |
neon | choice | synthwave toxic inferno ice | synthwave | Neon and screen palette: synthwave (hot pink and cyan), toxic (acid green and violet), inferno (red and amber), ice (cyan and cold white). |
billboards | range | 0 to 4, step 1 | 2 | How many big video billboards hang on the facades, 0 to 4. Each shows an abstract image (a striped sun, rings, glyph columns or chevrons, never text) and glows at night. |
seed | range | 1 to 999, step 1 | 21 | Variation seed: footprint, concrete and glass shades, window pattern and which windows are lit, where the neon strips and billboards go, billboard images, blade signs and roof clutter. |
