Warehouse
A steel-clad warehouse, 7 m to the eaves, 18 m deep and 20 to 29 m wide: 2 to 4 roll-up dock doors (door_i slide up into the header) above a 1.2 m concrete loading dock with hinged dock levellers (leveller_i tilt up), rubber bumpers, door seals, a stair with a railing and an optional steel canopy; a two-storey office end with ribbon windows, a glazed entrance and a blank sign panel. Low gable roof with skylight strips, a curved barrel roof, or a flat roof behind a parapet. Windows, skylights and dock lamps glow at night; wear adds rust streaks and faded paint.

| Knob | Type | Values | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
doors | range | 2 to 4, step 1 | 3 | Number of roll-up dock doors along the front, 2 to 4; each has its own leveller, bumpers and lamp, and the building widens 4.6 m per door. |
cladding | choice | grey blue green cream red | grey | Colour of the ribbed steel cladding: grey, blue, green, cream or red; the office end and the doors take a matching contrast colour. |
roof | choice | gable barrel flat | gable | gable (low pitch, ribbed sheets with skylight strips), barrel (curved arched roof), flat (hidden behind a parapet with roof units). |
wear | range | 0 to 1, step 0.05 | 0.3 | Age: 0 is brand new; higher fades the paint and adds rust streaks under the eaves and dark scuffs on the dock. |
canopy | toggle | on / off | true | A steel canopy over the loading dock, hung from the wall on tie rods. |
