Stagecoach
A frontier stagecoach: rounded painted body slung on leather straps, a raised driver box with footboard, a leather rear boot, a railed roof rack with trunks, coach lamps and side doors that open (door_L and door_R rotate about y). Big rear and small front spoked wheels are spin parts that roll with distance along +Z.

Use it
Code for the specimen as it is set up above; it follows your knobs.
import { createAsset } from 'https://gaitkit.com/cdn/stagecoach.mjs';
const stagecoach = createAsset();
scene.add(stagecoach); // rests on y = 0, front faces +Z
let dist = 0;
renderer.setAnimationLoop(() => {
dist += speed * clock.getDelta();
stagecoach.position.z = dist;
stagecoach.userData.tick(dist); // wheels roll exactly with the distance
renderer.render(scene, camera);
});import { useMemo, useRef } from 'react';
import { useFrame } from '@react-three/fiber';
import { createAsset } from 'https://gaitkit.com/cdn/stagecoach.mjs';
export function Stagecoach({ speed = 1 }) {
const model = useMemo(() => createAsset(), []);
const dist = useRef(0);
useFrame((_, dt) => {
dist.current += speed * dt;

});
return <primitive object={model} />;
}# Import stagecoach.glb (download below). It carries an in-place "Loop" animation.
@onready var anim: AnimationPlayer = $Stagecoach/AnimationPlayer
func _physics_process(delta):

anim.speed_scale = speed / 9.802 # one Loop = 9.802 m of travel// Import stagecoach.glb with glTFast (com.unity.cloud.gltfast).
animator.Play("Loop");
animator.speed = speed / 9.802 // one Loop = 9.802 m of travelUse the gaitkit MCP server: get_variant({ "id": "stagecoach", "want": "default look" })
then place the result and drive it with userData.tick(distance).
