Obelisk
A single-stone tapering obelisk with a pyramid tip on a stepped pedestal, its faces carved with abstract glyph-like bands (decorative geometry, not real writing). The ruin knob snaps the shaft and lays the fallen top beside the stump. 8 to 32 m tall; the one in Luxor is 23 m.

add_child(preload("res://obelisk.glb").instantiate())// Import obelisk.glb with glTFast (com.unity.cloud.gltfast).
// Drop it in the scene: 1 unit = 1 metre, +Z is its front.Use the gaitkit MCP server: get_variant({ "id": "obelisk", "want": "default look" })
then place the result.

| Knob | Type | Values | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
height | range | 8 to 32, step 1 | 21 | Total height of the intact obelisk in metres, pedestal included. The shaft is about a tenth as wide as it is tall, as the Egyptians cut them. |
stone | choice | red granite grey granite limestone basalt | red granite | red granite (pink-red Aswan granite, the classic), grey granite, limestone (pale cream) or basalt (near-black). |
carving | toggle | on / off | true | Columns of abstract carved marks framed by border lines down every face. Off gives a plain polished shaft. |
gilded | toggle | on / off | true | Sheathes the pyramid-shaped tip in gold, as obelisks were when new. Off leaves it bare stone. |
ruin | range | 0 to 1, step 0.05 | 0 | 0 stands whole. Above 0.1 the shaft is snapped: the higher the value, the lower the break; the top lies on the ground beside the stump, in two pieces above 0.6, with chips and a cracked pedestal. |
Presets: temple gate obelisk {"height":23,"stone":"red granite","gilded":true} · fallen in the sand {"height":18,"stone":"limestone","ruin":0.55,"gilded":false} · black basalt needle {"height":12,"stone":"basalt","carving":true,"gilded":true}
