Raptor
A horse-length two-legged predatory dinosaur, about 2.5 m nose to tail and 1.2 m tall at the head. Walks on two digitigrade legs whose ankles bend back, sickle claw raised; the long tail sways and the head nods to balance each step.

Passed the validator: real scale, rests on y = 0, front faces +Z, deterministic, planted feet never slide past 1 mm.
Use it
Code for the specimen as it is set up above; it follows your knobs.
import { createAsset } from 'https://gaitkit.com/cdn/raptor.mjs';
import { walker } from 'https://gaitkit.com/runtime/walk.mjs';
const raptor = createAsset();
scene.add(raptor); // rests on y = 0, front faces +Z
const gait = walker(raptor, { ground: (x, z) => terrainHeight(x, z) }); // or omit ground for a flat floor
let dist = 0;
renderer.setAnimationLoop(() => {
dist += speed * clock.getDelta();
raptor.position.z = dist;
gait.poseAt(dist); // feet stay planted, at any frame rate
renderer.render(scene, camera);
});import { useMemo, useRef } from 'react';

@onready var anim: AnimationPlayer = $Raptor/AnimationPlayer
func _physics_process(delta):
velocity = transform.basis.z * speed
move_and_slide()
anim.play("Walk")
anim.speed_scale = speed / 1.4 # Walk clip covers 1.4 m/s at 1x// Import raptor.glb with glTFast (com.unity.cloud.gltfast).
animator.Play("Walk");
animator.speed = speed / 1.4 // Walk clip covers 1.4 m/s at 1xUse the gaitkit MCP server: get_variant({ "id": "raptor", "want": "default look" })
then place the result and walk it with walker() so the feet stay planted.

| Knob | Type | Values | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
hide | choice | olive sand ash crimson | olive | Skin colour family: olive (green with a cream belly), sand (desert tan), ash (grey with blue quills), crimson (red-brown with black quills). |
feathers | toggle | on / off | false | Adds a quill crest on the head and neck, feather fans on the arms and a tail-tip fan (the modern feathered look). Off = scaly. |
stripes | toggle | on / off | true | Dark bands across the back and the tail. |
size | range | 0.5 to 1.6, step 0.05 | 1 | Uniform scale. 1 is about 2.5 m long with hips at 0.95 m; 0.5 is a turkey-sized hunter; 1.6 is a giant. |
