Moose
A 2 m-tall bull moose, about 3 m long, with a shoulder hump, long pale legs, an overhanging muzzle, a hanging dewlap and wide palmate antlers with tines. Walks a lateral-sequence gait on long IK legs with planted hooves; the heavy head nods and the dewlap swings.

Use it
Code for the specimen as it is set up above; it follows your knobs.
import { createAsset } from 'https://gaitkit.com/cdn/moose.mjs';
import { walker } from 'https://gaitkit.com/runtime/walk.mjs';
const moose = createAsset();
scene.add(moose); // rests on y = 0, front faces +Z
const gait = walker(moose, { ground: (x, z) => terrainHeight(x, z) }); // or omit ground for a flat floor
let dist = 0;
renderer.setAnimationLoop(() => {
dist += speed * clock.getDelta();
moose.position.z = dist;
gait.poseAt(dist); // feet stay planted, at any frame rate
renderer.render(scene, camera);
});import { useMemo, useRef } from 'react';
import { useFrame } from '@react-three/fiber';

}# Import moose.glb (download below). It carries an in-place "Walk" animation.
@onready var anim: AnimationPlayer = $Moose/AnimationPlayer
func _physics_process(delta):
velocity = transform.basis.z * speed
move_and_slide()
anim.play("Walk")
anim.speed_scale = speed / 1.7 # Walk clip covers 1.7 m/s at 1x// Import moose.glb with glTFast (com.unity.cloud.gltfast).
animator.Play("Walk");
animator.speed = speed / 1.7 // Walk clip covers 1.7 m/s at 1xUse the gaitkit MCP server: get_variant({ "id": "moose", "want": "default look" })
then place the result and walk it with walker() so the feet stay planted.

| Knob | Type | Values | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
antlers | toggle | on / off | true | Wide palmate antlers (a bull). Off = a cow moose. |
spread | range | 0.6 to 1.4, step 0.05 | 1 | Antler size and spread: 1 is about 1.4 m tip to tip, 0.6 a young bull, 1.4 a trophy bull. |
coat | choice | dark brown grey | dark | Coat colour: dark (near-black brown), brown (lighter summer coat), grey (old greying animal). Legs are always paler. |
size | range | 0.45 to 1.15, step 0.05 | 1 | Uniform scale. 1 is about 2 m at the shoulder; 0.5 reads as a calf. |
